Brand new version 8.4alpha22

This is an alpha version, provided to developers for early review.

The user interface has been heavily reviewed with the introduction of tabbed panels in all configuration screens, and in most important editors as well.

Of course, your feed-back is kindly requested, specially to signal bugs, before releasing the beta version due end of April.

The 8.4alpha22 brings tabs to categories as well, and adds a preference in user profiles to manage the complexity of the interface. For example, regular associates (with 'Improved interface', which is the default) will be able to manage the full content of the site. Most advanced associates (with 'Complex interface') will also be able to access the system configuration panels, etc.

I think the Yacs should be updated so its page loading speed is increased.

Right now it takes around 1+ minutes to load a page within the admin section. It is pretty slow.
