Navigation/Menus

While part of my problems on my site are simple organizational, there is also an element of lack of choices for the designer.

I would very much like to be able to integrate dropdown menus and css with more standards such as http://code.google.com/p/blueprintcss/ http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/grids/ this would, i think really enhance and speed up skin development and site navigability.
